Probably gone by now, but if I had a spare $2500 I'd have bought this on just the exterior pictures, no ppi required.

Something's fishy with this one, same ad here http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/ctd/1631257305.html for $6995. My money is on the NH listing being a scam. Pictures look more like AZ than NH.
