It was a great gathering, as usual. Plenty of options for the day, one of our local Boxster owners came by to let us know about ECR having a charity session at noon, only one went though. Good turn out at Brads and when Don gets that one hose fixed, he will have an entire new system. Sorry we couldn't get it finished.
I'm back home now after working in the streaking rain all day.

Brad W. and I resemble that comment
Alex was glad to meet you guys and was appreciative of the warm welcome. The bug has now become a full-blown infection so it will only be a matter of time before he finds one he likes. We will probably see you guys next month.

Just to follow up on my AC hose...
I found a place here in Houston called Alamo Auto Air today that does specialty auto A/C work. Looked like a one man operation and he's one of those guys you can just tell right away knows his stuff. He knew the 928 system, and all the common problems areas with the AC.
He said the hose would be rebuilt in 2 hours at a cost of $60, and said the new fittings can be rotated with pliers if needed to get the correct angle.

Don,
Keep us posted on how that works out...these damn A/C hoses on our cars get harder to find all the time and are crazy expensive. If he can put new ends on them that could really save lots of folks lots of trouble!
