I have Pagid orange which are the RS4-4 and I was told they were going to be noisy but nothing, except when it is very cold below 10c and as soon as they warm perfect. I think you will be able to fix this problem.

If you star stepping it up a bit, they will come alive and not make a peep...

great posts........ you all nailed it. my braking power has been incredible with this light car and no noise when braking hard from 120 mph or whatever.... i could also go about a 70 k miles on these pads easy. but they are still loud. could try making the existing pads quieter, but i think i'll just go ahead and replace them.

so, my Q: anyone know who sells a nice set of quieter front 928 GTS pads for not too much $$$$ ?

i was thinking i'd run it by you all before calling Paragon or Autohaus, AZ. thanks.

Chamfer the leading edge/side of each pad and bed them in per web site instructions. Mine are quiet.
