Default Window gap

I just noticed something odd with my drivers window. There seems to be a substantial gap between the rubber seal and the window itself, but only at the back 1/2 of the window near the door lock. It seems to close the gap fine the more forward you look. The passenger side is consistently close from front to back. Both of these seals have been changed. Any ideas? I attached a pic, but it is sort of hard to see the gap.

remove the door panel and loosen the bolts that are on the plastic gude tube sliders then fit the window to its best postion. You may also have a loose up limit stop that need to be readjusted but check the plastic parts first

I have the door panel off and loosened the bolts on the plastic guides. The window is not budging. Any idea what I am doing wrong? What else should I try?

Nevermind. I found it. The new seals I put in was not fully seated in that particular area. After I seated it fully, it pulled up close to the window like the rest of the seal/window.
