What are you trying to do? Take off? Put back on? The trim is held on with clips that are part of the leatherette frame. Be careful when pulling off as if they break the trim will not fit tight when replaced. I have not found a good way to fix this on my car yet.

I am to embarassed to say what happened...but the trim got squashed and broken.
When I pulled it off to recover it, it just broke in 4 parts.
I need a replacement.

Check with any of the vendors here. Roger, 928 specialist, 928 international, or some of the others should chime in. Used ones are available. The trick is getting them off without braking the retainer clips from the plastic. With the black interior you could locate one and any color and dye it black..
