Converting a 928 from LHD to RHD
#16
I agree Hong Kong isn't optimum for a cruiser like the 928 but if that's where the job goes, then I am I going to have much choice unfortunately. In any case, there are a lot of nice twisty long roads going out towards the NT or even the airport where a 928 could really shine with its balance, poise, and road handling.

Japanese 928 RHD - rare as hens teeth
90+% of 928’s imported into Japan are LHD due to the kudos of driving a fancy import with LHD, check it out re 928s for sale, strange stuff.
Canada is too cold! The 928 only gets to dance on the asphalt 3 months a year at most. Hong Kong would have been ideal, it would have become my daily driver... the way things should be! hah!
Might just have to find a way to keep it and just play with it whenever I go there for a holiday. As a 928 lover I just might have to find a way!
But importing one from Japan to use in HK doesn't seem that bad of an idea considering how nice those GTS' look!

Move here to Australia. If you move to South Australia you can drive that car all year round. People die of the cold here when it's 10C...lol. Oh...and did I mention you can keep it LHD. And you can do some epic road trips with a 928 here.
