Sorry

I am searching for a 928. I find this forum a super resource. The questions I have been asking are about various cars that I have looked at. I am not trying to spam. I am trying to learn.

I understand that my attempt at injecting humor failed. I apologize for that.

Perhaps you might be better served by introducing yourself and describing exactly what your looking for.
What your planned use of the car is, and any other options your looking for.
There are many people here that would assist you in your quest
Also if you have not already done so read the FAQ at the top of the page, it will take a few hours but you will then be well informed about what you need to look out for when you are looking for a 928.
Welcome aboard jmrjames

Subject to Your current knowledge of the 928, You may find the inspection list written by David Chamberland useful.

I have had 3 928's over the past 6 years, and I have done some work, both regular maintenance, troubleshooting and more extensive jobs like replacing oil pan gasket, MM's and things of that sort. And just reading David's magnificent list pulls out some of the most frequent and important must-be-in-order items on the 928.

Find the list in some of the treads started by David.

In many ways I have just discovered the 928. I find it to have been an awesome machine and can't understand why it went away.

I have been trying to absorb as much information as possible. It seems to be a must have but I want to have the one that I should have. Therefore, that is why I have so my many dumb questions.

Several members here have been extremely helpful and have provided assistance for which I am most appreciative of. I hope that someday I can repay them.

I do believe that I did leave an introduction as my first post.

This forum is awesome and the members are great! I to have limited knowledge when it comes to a Porsche. I have been driving them a little crazy with what I want to do and how to mod it. It isn't as straight forward as I thought.

I do finally have a plan and it will just take time to put it all together!
