Default Camshaft end plug question?

The new gasket kit has 6 of the plugs on the right, no o rings for the plug on the left.
Am I to assume that it gets all new round plugs now like the one on the right? If so, Do I need two more of the hold downs for the round plugs or will the friction hold them in? They do go in tight.

Yes. You will need the arms to hold them on. Or you can source the large O-rings locally.

to replace these end caps.
The cam securing caps need to be removed and then new loctite 574 anerobic sealant used.
The end caps are placed into the head then the cam caps are tightened, scrape off the old sealant with a fresh razor held perpendicular to the surface.
the new style caps also require that new securing arms be used.
To remove the cam caps the cam covers also need to be removed and this usually requires a new cam cover seal and the spark plugs seals
