Default 928 Warning Sticker

As you all know, in the engine compartment, on the radiator is the sticker that reads "electric shock suffered when working on ingnition and tachometer can be fatal".

This is the first car I have owned that has such a warning. Is it sufficient to just undo the battery cable, or are there some sort of capacitors in the mix that can not be neutralized so easily? Is there any other percaution that you all take to minimize any risk.

Thanks,
Dave

this warning has to do with fact of touching these components when the engine is running
That said its common practice to disconnect the battery when working on any electrical parts of your 928 it is very easy to fry a harness

Some corporate lawyer told them to put it there.

no doubt after some owner tried to mess with the spark plug wire while the engine was running
