Default New Owner of a 79 euro!

A few months back I bought my dream car a green 1979 euro 928 auto. It was sitting for 8 years but that's why I bought it because I wanted to learn about cars and I needless to say it has given me plenty of opportunities to learn. Probably wasn't the brightest idea to buy a none running 928 but for only $700 dollars and the chance to own my dream car why not? And after all the work I have done I certainly love the car so much more knowing that I gave it life again.

Thanks everyone for sharing your knowledge.

Where is it, in Dinuba or Provo? I'm originally from Reedley, if it's in Dinuba I'll stop by next time I'm in the area.

Sorry I was going to post this and then reply with a question but I realized that I should post my question in a different thread because I posted this thread with a title that has nothing to do with my problem so I posted a different thread and this one I am unable to delete.

Dinuba is near Reedley but currently I am in Utah for a month.

Yes, I know Dinuba is near Reedley, I wanted to know where the car is. Maybe it's with you where ever you go? Which means you've got it running now, congrats

Can't tell from the picts, landscaping doesn't look too much like Dinuba and the mountain in the background doesn't look like Smith Mountain, I guess it's in Utah now...

I found the car in Utah while at school and I am attempting to take it home for a full make over soon it'll be in little Dinuba.

Green Goblin I just moved back to California to take apart my 928 and make it a 5 speed. I'll be back in April just in time for the sun to come out in Utah.

Looks ok, can't complain about the price for a starter car. Make it so.

Nice looking car, and $700 is a very low down payment.

Are you planning on buying a second 928 as a parts donor? List of parts isn't cheap for a AT -> 5 spd swap.
