That is where we are going in the am. I have a GOOD set of hole saws for wood but they are to expensive to waste on a rim.

Hole saw is THE WAY TO GO! Had to do that with one lug that broke off on my S4... No damage to the wheel or the stud! YEA! Was easy and pretty fast too.

When you get done you will need to clean the metal left behind out of the threads. As others have said, just go slowly with a hole saw just large enough to fit around the stud and you will be golden!

I am sure that they make a special tool just for that problem, Baum or AST I think.
