It seems that one of the original front struts on my car has gone bad, so I'm curious if anyone knows of a high performance adjustable front strut for an '87 928 S4? Given that I autocross the car regularly I want something adjustable...better than the originals of course.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Velo: I think the bilsteins are definitely the way to go and am confident that would be the consensus here on RL. But enough about that...... your avatar shows the hood duct on your custom hood (I looked up your previous posts) but it also looks like your nose is different too. Possibly a Strosek-type? I also wonder if you finished your interior mods because the pictures posted are no longer available. Sorry for hi-jacking your thread but your 928 looks very interesting and what you were going to do to it does too. I'd love to see those pics! In any case, Merry Christmas!

Koni has an adjustable rebound shock (need a long allen tool to compress and adjust )and will custom fab dual external adjustable units as well but a bit $$$$$$ .

Mine doesn't even have struts, only shocks.

I've got Koni externals on mine with adjustable perches and the 600/400 hypercoils. VEry nice!
