Oh ya, wife says that I have to bring her along, I told her it was going to be a 12 hour drive.....lol
I'll see if I can roud up some more "crazy canuks" for a convoy

Make it a two-day drive, and find something that she will like on the way. She will enjoy it a LOT more, and will be more likely to come next time...
There will be several hours of driving in the North Carolina mountains during the event, so you will get ample wheel time. Just try to make it a relaxed drive for her.

SITM is the premiere event IMO. Lots-o-fun! Can't wait to do it again for my 6th year in a row.
