Default Vacuum electrovalve (flappy)

Dear Friends,

After spending more than one year in the hospital, my manual 87 s4 is back online.

It suffered a medium fire under the bonnet due to a broken fuel banjo. After many fights with the insurance, I finally bought the parts and the workshop did the job for free.

The vacuum electrovalve that opens the flappy is not working, though. Anyone knows where to buy them (can't find them in the big three) or knows the number so I can order it directly at the dealer?

By the way, the difference is noticeable (at least in my engine, which has been always a strong unit). I had to change both ecus, MAS and knock sensors, and the low revs are much more gentle now, low end torque is as good as always, and I'm missing a bit of punch in the bwaaa part.

Thanks in advance!

e-mail Roger Tyson at 928rus.com and he can get it for you. He will be out of town until Monday though.

Call and speak in person to any of the Big 3 and they should be able to get it for you no problem.

The flappy vacuum valve actuator part # is 928 110 160 00.

EDIT: Sorry, you said electrovalve- you mean the solenoid valve that bolts to the came cover? If so, you're right- I have no idea where it is in PET.

This guy?
