I’m considering rear mounting a single turbo on my 82 L-Jet, with about 6psi max boost, I have some questions regarding the fuel system on the 928’s

Will the stock fuel pump be able to handle the 6psi of boost?
Will I need new injectors?
Will I need an adjustable fuel pressure regulator?

You can use a rising rate fuel pressure regulator to do it quick and dirty. If you go this route you can retain your stock injectors at this boost level. The stock fuel pump should be able to handle it but I don't have the flow specs handy. I have a Bosch 044 pump on mine. Upgrading the fuel pump is cheap insurance. especially if it's the original pump. I am also running a single turbo at 7psi so feel free to PM me if you have questions. I also have a split second hot wire MAF conversion available for sale if you are interested. It will allow you to laptop tune your fuel map. You will also need to address your timing. What did you have in mind. There are a few options there as well.

Hacker P. is another person you may want to talk to regarding boosting a 16v car.
