Yes, first search for the key. When I did this on my 80 a few weeks ago, after I was done banging on the bolt outs (no big deal/really works/20 minutes later), I found the key in the PS parcel tray.

I don't think so, but Discount Tire does. :P They sold me those clever "anti-theft gorilla lugs" for 3 of my cars, 72,000 possible combinations due to offset of the splines. Amazingly enough, all three sets take the same removal tool. What are the odds of that? Time to buy a lottery ticket I guess. :P
