Drivers side Mirror. Is this repairable, or is it broken

Yah, I've got an appointment with my favorite mechanics who know what they are doing. If it can be saved, they will save it I'm sure, or they will be able to figure what is really needed.

Update,
took problem to shop today, they fixed it with no parts. To bolt the mirror back together they had to dismantle the mirror and pull the wires, reconnect the bolt and rewire.
Glad I have experts 3 miles away.
