Need 4spd Auto Case for 84
Does anybody have a spare 83/4/5/6 auto transission they'd be willing to let go?
Its important that it not have grenaded internally and that the park lock still engages. I'll do a full rebuild (amd document it, FWIW).
I need the MB case and, importantly, the 928 intermediate plate (about an inch thick aluminum) that mates to the differential. Don't need the differential.
Am in the mid-atlantic area and could pick up anywhere in a 500 mile radius/ travel further if necessary, or obviously pay for shipment if you can even ship one of these things.
Please PM me with any possibilities.
I don't know if an S4 unit would also work, it might also, hopefully somebody will weigh-in on it.

Styx has one for about 600.00, Its for an S4 though IIRC the cases are the same, BUT Steve Cattaneo could confirm

I saw Dan Perez speak of having one also.
Money is a bit of a challenge right now.
Time, not so much.
Have most of the rebuild parts, ready to go, so a non-destroyed "slippper" or an "unknown condition" unit that has a good park/lock and no metal fragments in the pan would be perfect.
