1.) Portray adaptive friendliness
2.) display and demonstrate your product with openness to opinion
3.) gain trust
4.) take the money and run
5.) without 1 and 3 there is no 4
As a side note, has anyone ever been conned by someone who says " Hi, my name is Joe and I am a heartless ***** who has every intention of making you a promise, taking your money, and then disappearing off the face of the earth forever. Can we do business together?"
