Prob: Taillights do not work
Background:
Ok My taillights were working two days ago.
Today I fixed the horn: replaced horn relay, removed steering wheel and put it back so the horn is working now.
I replaced two old bulbs of the left taillight (only the left tailight), I didn’t touch the right side taillight.
Now both taillights do not come on when the headlights are on. All turning lights work but the brake lights or the taillights do not work.
fuses 43,33,12 and 4 are good.
What could be the problem?

Start by using a voltmeter or 12-volt test light to ensure that you have 12 vdc on the side marker lamp (taillight) wire, which should be green/blue.
If you have no power, the problem may be at the bulb check unit, or at one of the harness connectors.
If you have power on the light circuit, check the chassis ground connection, on the brown wires. Both rear lights ground at a common point. Since the turn signals work, that isn't likely to be the problem, but it is easy to check.

I would go back to the steering wheel did you adjust the turn signal switch for the correct depth?? the horn contact should just touch the back of the horn ring.
After you inspect that i would remove both of the rear lights and inspect the connections, also look at the connections in the bottom of the hatch area there should be a 2 wire white connector on each side these are for the side marker lights, open both of these and make sure they are clean,
then follow Wallys info
Also check all of your fuses and consider replacing all of the lights on both tail housings with a matching set of bulbs

check the fuses they may look good but might have corrosion on the ends always check that there is actuall power in the outbound contact of the fuse contactor. almost all the fuses on #38 where like that they looked good but no contact. there was power in the inbound side sometimes power in the fuse but no power in the outbound tab, it can be abit of work to get the corrosion off best to always use copper or brass fuses well lubed with grease
