It is not a good idea to depend upon email...
We have had emails simply never show up on our system, with no bounce notification to the sender.
If you never get an answer to an email, don't jump to the conclusion that the intended recipient just blew you off.

Please give it another try. Sometimes, people put the "e" of my name into the emaill address, but my server doesn't like that

Considering you misspelled Paul's name in the title of your post I suspect something similar in your email address.
