1. Tip : Here is another reason to keep those old parts around. The inner bearing race from the front wheel is just the right size using the large end with the tapper toward the metal sleeve lip.
I think thats exactly what I used - if it wasn't the wheel bearing race it was the outer sleeve of a Range Rover Bushing. Good reminder though to keep all the old stuff. I also used the handle/tube of an old dead torque wrench where you used a the HF Bearing drive.

I have destroyed the first bushings by pressing them back out and now I await the new ones to arrive the next coupe of days.
If you look carefully at my last photo above you'll see where I removed the cone shaped "flange" on one of my bushes by pressing it back out. the flange doesn't really do anything once the bush is installed so if that's all you "broke" I'ld say go ahead and re-use.
