Default is this a rare color combo?

hey guys, i've been pondering coming over to the dark side, so i've been actively looking for something cheap (as most of 44's are) and came across a 79 w/5spd. it has white ext w/light green interior. i haven't seen the car in person, just pics at a dealership. it almost looks like suede seats and is uniform t/o. it's kinda ugly, but wanted to know if it might be something special. here's the link: http://www.vast.com/cars/used-for-sa...28/location-TN

comments/suggestions?

Looks like the seats were redone not to long ago. I doubt its stock but if it is it would be very rare. Best way to find out is to get the option codes.

Definitely different. For $2200 with a 5 speed, euro. if it's a running example it would definitely be worth looking into.

yeah, i thought the seats looked to good, but apparently the trim was also the same color, very odd. it comes w/a parts car too, not that i have any room for that but if it's a 5sp too that would be a bonus.

Euro '79 means nothing really...no benefits there, but the 5spd is nice.

With that color interior, you won't notice the puke stains you and/or passengers will leave behind...

True, but you do get the side turn signals and quirky rear fog light.

Now that is different and I kinda like it. Even if it's a retrim at least the work is correct and not like some of the balloon seats I've seen, and looking at the driver's seat it's not that recent. FYI as a '79 it's not an 'S' unless somehow it's a very late one that no one knew about. If you get the real VIN send it over and I can run the carfax on it and at least check the mileage.

Now if it really is a euro S built in late '79 with that interior, it's unique.
