Default Is this for real?

Just browsing on craigslist and found this http://chicago.craigslist.org/sox/cto/1380868017.html. Might be a deal for someone. No affiliation. Joe

As long as it has no TBF, it sounds like an awesome deal!

It might just be someone trying to move it quickly because of financial troubles.

since its a 5 speed there should not be any worries about thrust bearing failure.
The biggest thing to find out is the maintenance history, other than that the car looks great and very reasonably priced ( underpriced in my opinion)

Spoke with the owner tonight. Mentioned that the car has limited slip and a leather dash with light shrinkage. He said that the A/C does not work, has one cracked headlight, and one of the turn signals does not operate. He also said that it was repainted about 15 years ago due to being parked outside most of its early life, but that weatherstripping was removed when repainted. All in all still probably worth looking at for someone considering the price. Too bad its not blue or dark grey otherwise I'd consider looking at it even though I really don't need another one.
