Thanks Rog,

9:30 it is.

When viewing the maps above in IE, it looks much better if you turn off automatic image resizing in the options. Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Multimedia section, uncheck "Enable Automatic Image Resizing". Of course you can also right click on the link and choose Save Target As to download the JPGs to your PC.

I have been known, at times, to have problems with maps, so please forgive my remedial-ness.....but which wineries are you doing before lunch and after lunch, and about what time will you guys be there? ...I'm just trying to figure out which other wineries i can fit into my schedule while you Fun-Runners are out trolling for black & whites.

Donald,

In all years past we met in the parking lot at 09:00 for a 9:30 departure. Anyone hung over from the previous night's festivities will just have to suffer through it. And yes bring your FRS radios and a full tank of gas.

Actually, I'm Donald too, but only on my birth certificate.

Donald, good one... "Roger, Jim"

Laura,

We're doing Mandola Estate Winery, between Dripping Springs and Wimberley before lunch, then Texas Hills near Johnson City (we went there last year) after lunch. Not sure about the times, but Mandola at maybe 11:30 or so? Texas Hills is a real guess but I'll say 2:30-3?

John, Lukenbach...glad I saw it, but not sure I get it....

Laura,
If you want a few more wineries, and we hit Texas Hills in Johnson City with plenty of time for a few more, check out www.wineroad290.com/.
It shows seven other wineries up 290 between Johnson city and Fredericksburg.

Strangely enough, I'll be there Friday afternoon and evening. I'll even have a 928 with me! I'm working in Round Rock so I can head out there after work on Friday. Maybe stay over till Sat, we'll see.

Great job on the maps Don. Thanks for your work.
So does the DFW crew expect to roll into the hotel at around 2?

Sounds great. We'll try to beat you there. By the way Sean - I've got a trade for you regarding my anticipated parking lot timing belt tension check class. (hint-I sell tools for a living).
