Default Euro S short block in SoCal, $150 pickup only

I've pulled the parts I need, now the short block needs to go. I've got a cherry picker to help load it in a pickup etc, but pickup only, no shipping, $150 as is, and picts show. Bores do look fine to me, just dirty.

Can't tell for sure from the pic but did the waterpump impeller eat into the block? Looks like swirls in the pic.

Feels fairly smooth to my finger, not quite a groove, but does look like some kind of wear occurred. I don't recall anything disturbing the corrosion on the impeller. Here is a closer picture.

That's probably just the spot where the impllers stopped and rusted while the engine was sitting.

Locals get first shot, shipping a dirty goopy motor is well worth avoiding.

If nobody local wants it after about week I will decide on ebay, scrap, etc.

Use a shop-vac to suck any coolant out of the block!
