Also, you state it was an S4, this is an S/OB body... Are you sure it was the same body kit? Could be I guess...hood and basic rocker panels were the same so those kit parts certainly could have been put on an S4.

Both Jacquemond and Strosek still produce kits for 928s, all kits are intended for S4, but with can be fitted to OBs with some minor body modding. Prices quoted to me were around 5-6k euros.

Wasn't for sure on the year/generation of the car; it just looked like an S4 by the stance. The fenders looked "flared", similar to Glenn's with the air vents in front of the back wheels.

BCDavis, I think the Wide Aero on the Jaquemond site is the closest I've seen. Thanks for the link! Unfortunately, that kit is about 5 times more expensive than my car itself. Think I'll wait until I can find a new S4 to add that kind of money to.
