Long ago the guys here made it known to me that there was going to be some of this "non-car-related" nonsense and I concluded (after having attempted to run a "tight ship"), that the crew preferred a more loosey goosey environment.

So my approach is to let the crew have their grog and good fun. It seems to keep the fighting, drama and busted furniture down to a minimum.....

They know how to get my attention when they have found a new hula hoop and want to toss out the old toys...............

And I just want to see them happy (and NOT fighting )
