Default Interpreting screw descriptions in PET

I'm replacing some hardware so consulting PET for some of the less obvious screws/bolts.

A number of screws (eg wheel well liners) are described like this:

5,5 x 16

Obviously 16mm long, but how do you interpret the 5,5 bit? The screw I chose as an example takes a 10mm wrench, so the meaning's not obvious to me!

Thanks for enlightenment.

Screws and bolts are spec'd, first off, by diameter and length. Then thread, if not the standard coarse thread, and bolt head type. The length does not include the head. So that's a 5.5mm by 16mm bolt.

Thanks Glen. I get it now - should have realised the comma is like a continental decimal.
