It was a privilege and a pleasure creating these LE covers.
Thanks to all of you for making the project a success.

Default This cover is beautiful !!

Paul , got the cover yesterday and pulled out my book and slipped it in and was immediately at home.

Absolutely beautiful.

I noticed that I had purchased my project 928 book in Oct 1996 right after I bought my 89 S4 that July. I paid $39.95 for the book (from Devek) and it's a first edition, did they do more than one edition?

Anyway, thanks for the great sleeve, now you got me thinking what else I can have you do for my car......

Stefan: unfortunately no. The whole idea was to make a very limited production for the serious collector.
In order for me to make another run, I would need permission of all 25 who bought the original, because they purchased on the premise that the production was limited to 25.

I was asked to do a German limited production, which I might consider since the book was released separately in both languages.

I, never having seen the Project 928 book was curious as to what it was.

For all those like me, here is a link where you can download the book in PDF format.

Very interesting read.

Not to stray off topic too much, but there are german versions of projekt 928 out there for between $100 and $200. Also, for a good read, pick up the new 928 book by Brian Long. It has a lot of stuff from Project 928 as well as much more recent information and models. It's a good read (I'm only part of the way through). Nicole sells it for $45.... (I picked up my copy from her at the OCIC).

Here are some links:

Here is Paul's fine work on the PROJECT 928 cover as well as a bit of interior work that he did for me! Unfortunately this car was in the shop thanks to a young (17) girl who side swiped me before OCIC so you guys didn't get to enjoy it in person but here it is!

Hey Paul,
What about a version II in black alcantara? Maybe make it a limited edition too thereby the new color/style won't take away from version I?

James, I need a high res. picture of that interior for my website, now that the '92 is back

Tom: if those who bought the original version do not mind and we find enough demand for a second run, I have no problem doing it. I will have to find the time, because it's a lot more work than I first anticipated
