I won't argue about the L-jet vs K-jet, but it has Euro headlights, fender turn signals and rear fog light. It also lacks the corner markers that a US car would have (usually grey market imports have the most god-awful ugly ones added on).

Not all Euros were 4.7 either. The base model (non-S) still had the 4.5 through 83.
