Thanks to all I have proper parts on the way and now know the previous owner not only did a belly plan delete but did a cob job of bending the spoiler back. I have braces on it right now in an attempt to straightedn it out before the new hangers get here. I may use some heat to help it straighten back out if needed.

Again, thanks to everyone. I think this problem will now be solved.
