Default Power steering leak

I've got a small leak somewhere. Have'nt been able to find out exactly where but it's leaving small drops but not enough to cause a refill. Any estimates on how much it would cost? Probably the hoses or the entire thing?

To fix a leak some where, the cost will be some where between X and XX.

You have to give us something to go on, have you checked the rack boots to see if they are full?

Not enough info. You should check it out though. The ATF used in the PS system is flammable and although it may be just dripping when you sit still, it may be spraying when under pressure, or may be getting splashed around when you're on the road and that could be bad. No one wants to read about another 928 fire.

Will also help others if you put your car info in your sig. (model year, auto or 5-speed, any mods or options you have like Euro, US, Right hand drive etc) Sometimes there is something unique about a certain MY or range of MYs that someone may have more experience with.

In general, there aren't too many places to check for that. The reservoir has two lines connected to the bottom of it, if you trace the lines to the rack you will see all of the connections.

It's probably leaking at a connection or at the boots. That will determine what's involved and the cost.

since we dont know what kind of car model you have the dripping could also be a a trans cooler line one over the cats.
If you post a vauge question your not going to get the best information on what to do.
So Year, model, options, auto , stick, last thing you fixed, any other info
