Took the car out to the 2nd annual Crazy Curtis show in Livonia MI this weekend, so thought I'd share some pix of the SH4RK freshly prepped for shine-n-show :-) We were the only Porsche representing, among a bunch of American muscle, a Ferrari 308, a few NSXs, and parked right next to a Pantera.
(Clicking any pic will take you to the high resolution version on my Picasa album...there are more pix there as well)

Dan,
thanks for the pics. Is this the engine as it will be or are you still doing up the other one?
You should try to spend some more time here too!

No, the "special engine" is still in the crate. I'm not taking the SH4RK off the road until I finish the 931 UWB project...my target date for that is by Porsche Parade 2010, since it's in Chicago. So this engine is the bone-stock Euro-spec 4.5L.

We need better ways to spread news of car shows. There were 400 + cars at Rolling Sculpture in Ann Arbor last Friday but I was the only 928. One 914, a 930 slantnose and 6 911's

Thanks :-) but it looks better in pix and at 80mph than in person ;-) If I ever get around to installing the hybrid motor, I'd like to do a color change to Platinum Metallic.
