Default For Sale: 17" Cup II / Cup 2 / 993 Wheels

Original factory Porsche Cup 2 (aka Cup II) 17" wheels from a 1997 993. These wheels are amazingly light!

17 x 7 ET 55 - 993.362124.00
17 x 9 ET 55 - 993.362128.00

Very good condition. Round and true. Some light surface scratches and blemishes. One wheel has a 2-3" curb rash mark on the lip. It would easily sand out and a shot of paint and it would be as good as new.

Would prefer local Seattle sale, but will consider shipping, buyer to pay shipping fees.

$600.00

Ed: 206 - Nine Five Three - 4567

I would also consider a trade + cash for a set of 18" Carrera III 5 spokes with the correct offsets.

These offsets are known to work on the 928 S4:

Fronts: 8", ET 57
Rears: 10", ET 58

Good point, no center caps. No tires.

Hi Stan,

I already have the twists on my S4 now, so will pass on the trade, but thanks for the note. If I didn't already have them I'd be interested for sure.

My twists also have a bit of curb rash and nicks, so will become track wheels once I source another set of wheels, hopefully some Carreras.

Thanks,

Ed

Hey guys, I took the wheels out to clean them up and wiegh them today and found a couple of issues with 2 of the wheels.

I haven't looked at the wheels since the I bought them over 1.5 yrs ago. Took them home, took some quick pics, put them in the boxes and haven't looked at them since.

When I realized the issues with the 2 wheels, I wanted to make sure I made folks aware of them and to take as many pics as I could.

Anyway, if anyone is interested in more details about the wheels, please see this thread here:

Thanks,

Ed

Ed,
if you are coming to bc you should come to the coast for a meet up.

Yes sir.

And I'm going to be in Coeur d' Alene, ID early tomorrow for the weekend. That's a 5 hr hop skip and a jump from Bozeman in a 928.

Come on out and get some sweeet wheels.

We're going to cut over to Abbotsford from Bellingham so won't be too close to the coast, plus we're going up in the VW Tig (lame!).

However, I have a sister in Van who we visit occaisionally and I've been meaning to look you guys up for a quick visit. But our weekends always get rushed so have not done so.

Perhaps next time for some local brews and Havanas!
