Hi All, Here is what was the issue due to my transmission leak. Actually there was more transmission fluid that did drain back after sitting for a while. The tranny mechanic let the car run for a bit and then took out the excess. It leaked from the cap which had a bad rubber seal. That was replaced as well. Thank you all for your input and I hop this helps someone else.
