Is it a complete engine? Heads, intake, exhaust manifilds, FI, distributors, plug wires, etc?

Where did it come from and why are you selling it?

It is complete as it gets, and looks very very beautiful!
I bought it for my car but didn't need it.
It came from a car with 74kmiles, that was t-boned.
