Default 928 Specialists, no answer on email, no received items, whats up with them?

Hi,

I ordered and paid for a trunk/rear mat on the 23rd April, but after numerous emails and even phonecalls where no one answers, I am starting to get worried.
Any ideas?

Regards

Boerge

Welcome to the 4th of July holiday weekend.... what, you want them to work 24/7/365?

I believe carpetting comes from the actual manufacturer... have you contacted them?

I'm sure they'll be back on Monday. Make sure you leave a message when you call!

I have sent at least 5 emails the last 2 months, with no reply, tried from the contact page and different email adresses.
I didn't leave a message when I called, but I will call again on monday.
I don't expect them to work 24/7, but I do expect them to answer my emails.
On my status page, it just says"Item not shipped yet"

Thanks for helping.

Regards

I agree, this goes way beyond holiday vacations: Two months of e-mails is unforgiveable. Hopefully all is well with DR. To be continued

Email isn't a reliable way to contact anybody, all sort of things can go wrong in either direction.

Blame thier isp. It blocks emails from them to me also. We never figured out the problem until I called them and left a (irate?) Message.

Give them a ring they will help you out.

As much work as SITM must have been, I wouldn't be surprised if they were very, very behind. They run a great operation, and I am sure that they will get evrything straightened out very, very soon.

This is getting to be a common thread. I had to cancel an order do to no response and no parts. I haven't got the statement yet to see if it was refunded, but when I asked for a refund I got no apology or anything. I guess this is becoming business as usual? I waited 2 months.

So a part was on back order? Is that what you are saying?

I hate these threads, it does no one any good.
Just draws more lines between people and vendors.

I know that Jeannie does not charge my card until the parts are on the way out, I have to ask for her to go ahead and bill my card.

I am willing to bet that there is more to this story than what you are telling.
Roger, DR &Jeannie, Carl, and Mark A have went way above the norm to help me.
Mason, I would include you but I have not needed any used parts, so do not take that as a slight.
