Hey Colin, the cooler is already being looked at by one of my suppliers to see if it is repairable, should know by tomorrow. I guess the mounting tabs are for other applications...!

RE: the foam gasket, Colin's absolutely right, it's on the bottom of the cooler. I can't find the new one right now, I'll shoot a pic later. The new foam piece is just a straight strip, not the funky U-shaped partial rectangle thing in PET.

Thanks Rob...and by the picture it looks like your cooler is in as good a condition as mine! I got the news this morning that mine is beyond repair...
