Calgary Ole

I want to express on this forum a special thanks to Malcolm(The Flying Scottsman). Yesterday he made the 2.5 hour drive to Calgary to deliver parts I need to continue restoring my car. Malcolm spent the time to check out the car and gave plenty of advice to make sure I was on the right track. It was our first meeting and his donation of parts and his time are greatly appreciated.
Also need to thank Mike B of Calgary for giving me a copy of all the info and resources he has compiled on the 928.
I know others have posted similar acts of kindness by members of this forum. It confirms that without this forum I could not own my 928.

I'm currently neck deep in full brake r&r, clutch master & slave r&r, radiator and misc cooling, fuel lines and some misc bits while I am in there.

I was just out in the garage covered in grease thinking that I couldn't imagine even attempting these jobs without the list.

Mike...........it was a combo trip to the big city for us; I'm thinking that sometime this summer we should gather down here where we can enjoy the cars and each others company. Very special rate for 928 folks.

Plan for mid Sept. I think
