Buy a set of Jim Moorehouse's Technical CD and all this information is contained therein and more.
Specs are contained in WSM and Technical Specification Booklet.

if you take the car to a shop with the Hunter laser alignment system it will have the correct specifications for your car already installed in its operating system.
Make sure that you ask them to not lift the car, and then watch them ,
tell them you just want the alignment adjusted not the front end checked,
make sure that you get a 4 wheel alignment

I rarely get to correct mr. merlin, but don't "ask" them to not lift the car - "TELL" them. If they say that they must lift the car, drive away - they don't know how to align a 928.
If you allow them to lift the car before or during the alignment, the inside edges of your front tires will quickly disappear.
If they don't have the specs, you don't want them aligning your car anyway.

I have been interviewing alignment shop managers in my area to determine which one to use. I had recieved several suggestion Including two Les Schwab stores from Rennlisters. Since both of the Les Schwab stores that were suggested were 40 plus miles away I decided to contact the local Les Schwab. WOW. The manager told me that he couldn't align the car with out lifting it. I mentioned the two distant Les Schwab stores that had successfully aligned 928s with out lifting them. I suggested he call one or both of those stores to see how they accomplished this. Here is what he told me. "I don't have to ask them how they did it because they did those alignments are wrong". Then he started arguing with me and said he didn't need to look at the instructions and and specs from the WSM. He told me he has been doing alignments for many years and knows the proper proceedures. I asked him just how many 928s or other Porsches he had aligned in his"many years of doing alignments . He said he could remember two. I said 'GOOD BY"
