Can anyone tell me where ignition wires 4&6 plug into the passenger side distributor. They are the top 2 connections on the passenger side distributor. We were checking the timing belt and had it under control, but in the process of moving everything around the wires got mixed up.

Do you have the cover? If so, look at it closely.
The proper cylinder numbers that match the distributor are cast into the cover in sequence.

 

Thats the problem. They arnt labeled on my cover. Is there any way you could check which connection your ignition wires for cylinder 4 or 6 are connected to.

 

OK, give me a 5 minutes. But they should be cast, not labled.

Casting marks if they are on there might be hidden by boots .
