There should be no permanent bans for anyone. Only time outs to correct poor behavior. Perhaps we could just get Ceaser Milan to handle the hard to train cases that require multiple temp bans?

Normally I wouldn't share someone personal business but in this case, if I don't the assumption is much worse than reality.
He got pulled over on his motorcycle and they found that he had a bench warrant for a previous ticket that he hadn't taken care of.
