Default Help Identify Calipers

I have a set of calipers that I thought were from an 89 S-4, but that may not be accurate.

Someone has suggested that they may be from a NA 993.

Can anyone help me identify these? They do accept the s-4 pad.

Thanks,

Ken

I believe in '90 or '91, they stopped using the cast raised letters and went to a smooth body with the "PORSCHE" decal. Other than that, I believe all S4/GT calipers are the same. There should be a Brembo or a Porsche part number on the back side in the casting. That would be proof positive.

The only number that I see is a "casting" number 20.4565.00.

As I mentioned earlier they are the same bolt pattern at the 87 and up spindle and do accept the S-4 pad.

Any other ideas how to determine for sure what they are?

Thanks,

Ken

I should add that these were black orginally and I refinshed them to the red.

I'm not wanting to mount them on my 928 as I just did a Bid Red front and 993 TT rear conversion on my 85.

I just want to identify these to resell.
