Default CDR 220 f/s in Member Classifieds

Very good price. I recently put one in my GTS and really like it. SW Stereo will swap out the display for one that is readable in a 928 console (and they have the harness adapter).

CR-220. Big difference. But still a good price for a Porsche-specific cassette player.

I got my CDR-220 and harness adapter from Stefan and agree, it's a nice unit and looks like it belongs.

Rixter, you made me go look around the internet and now I'm confused, there are multiple places that are selling a CR-220 and have a picture of a CDR-220 and vice versa I thought the CR-220 was a cassette deck that could control an external CD changer. Perhaps I'm just trying to justify having paid Stefan $425 for a CDR-220 + harness adapter.....

IIRC
CR-220 is am/fm/cassette with optional external cd player
CDR-220 is am/fm/CD player
David's ad says CDR and that's what it looks like to me....

Yeah, the f/s listing title reads "CDR 220", but his picture shows a CR 220.

Oh well, false alarm guys.

Guess it will be a deal if he included the CD changer too.

I got my CDR 220 off ebay for $200 shipped and paid SW Stereo $60 for the new 928-tilted face plate (he give me $25 for mine, so diff was $35) and $15 for the harness.

SW Stereo's CDR 220s are a little pricey.

In fact, the guy I bought mine from has another listed on eBay:
