I hope it is that simple!
I will take everything apart and check everything to see if something is jamed there.
Also, are the FPR and FPD directional? I don't think so, but I want to make sure with you guys.
Thank you.

Bon soir Bertrand.
Trace the fuel path; if you believe the fuel pump is working fuel flows over the passenger valve cover to the front damper where it then flows through the fuel rails to the rear of the engine, the 2nd damper, fuel regulator and the return hose through the cooler.
Bon chance.

Ok guys, problem fixed.
My mistake.
While removing the FPR for inspection, I notice that when I was blowing some air (with my mouth) in it, the air was passing in the 3 holes without problem. I took my hold one and did the same thing. The air was passing in both sides but NOT in the one under. I knew then that there was something wrong there.
I checked the part # to make sure that it was the right one.
And notice that it was not the good one.
The problem is that I put the FPR at the place of the front FPD.
Both look the same.
A distraction that I will not forget!
I changed them and the car starts whitout any problem and is running very well.
Now I have to finish everything (fuel rail covers, air box etc.) and drive it to make sure that everything is 100%.
Stupid newbie mistake.
