I would suggest that you find a nice set of 18 in wheels the 19s will give a harsher ride and there are less tire options.
Plus the cool look of black may be diminished as the bigger wheel makes the brakes look smaller, just something to consider.
You can probably find a factory set of wheels for less cash as well, and then have them powder coated black chrome

Here's another shot (this one's from the tail of the Dragon). Actually, mine are Semi-flat. I bought 4 cans of of the stuff from my local auto parts store. The best thing about rattel can paint is that you can touch them up anytime and with the flat black, it blends in seemlessly.
