My wife and I are returning to Nashville from a week's stay on Long Island. We had stopped this afternoon at an interstate rest stop on I-81 in northern Virginia. After returning to my car, I looked up and saw a beautiful Felsengruen (Granite Green) 928 S4 parked a few spots over.

I waited until someone walked back to the 928 car, and then I went over and introduced myself. I met James (from NJ), his son, and their very cool '88 928 S4. James was on his way to SITM. We chatted for a few minutes and then parted ways.

James saw us in our Boxster. Last weekend, we attended the Blue Ridge Boxster Summit last weekend in Blowing Rock, NC. We then had plans to drive up to LI to attend several school events for our nephews and nieces.

James, I hope you have a great weekend at SITM. It was nice meeting another 928 owner. I would love to attend some year, but I generally have a scheduling conflict. I wish the SITM event could be held at the end of June.
