At our little local street/parking lot show, most of the folks know one another pretty well. On regular, who has a stable of toys obviously, tried to gain acceptance from his Ferrari friends by adding some SF badging to the fenders of his silver CGT. This is really high-level ribbing, tastefully done.

Visiting that same show this weekend with local PI Larry, I mentioned that I don't want anything on the car that might stand out in a witness's memory later on. No stickers, badges, custom plates or frames, etc. He laughes and said I sounded like some of his clients. Reality is that I don't want the car picked out in a lineup later for some innocuous but distinctive/memorable 'feature'. "It was a dark color, but I don't know what kind of car it was" is a perfect description of a great getaway car, IMHO.
