How is the shifting? Any clearance issues or knuckle busting?

No issues with shifting. Mod. changes the hight not the travel of the mechanism so the PRNDL stays intact. IT does come a little close to the screen when shifting into park on my console. There will be more room on the OEM console because mine has been modified.

Thanks for the interest, DAVID

I'm on the fence regarding whether I would want to through a Nav system into my car or try to retain more of the original look, etc. That said, if I did go the Nav route, has any done this on a car with rear AC? I'm thinking I could ditch the ashtray, move the rear AC controls down into that spot and use a double din Nav system which spans the original radio and rear AC/clock spaces. I'm just not sure how I would end up making a new panel for the rear AC *****.
